Identify. Goals, barriers, and actual problems. Sometimes we think we know what the problem is, but when we start unpacking, we discover that it was just a symptom of a deeper issue. Let’s go deep and find those root causes.
Prioritize what matters most and create a hierarchy of priorities. You simply can’t do it all. At least not all at the same time. So let’s figure out what needs to be addressed first - paying attention to how the order of operations can often impact overall effectiveness.
Analyze patterns, conditions. This could include data crunching at a micro level, it could also be through anecdote and observation.
Solve for the big picture with a detailed plan of action. Sometimes you can’t see the solution clearly, so like a camera lens, we’ll bring into focus the solution or direction of change needed and create a roadmap to get you there.
